Position: Marketplace Operations Specialist
Location: Kozyatağı, Istanbul
Department: E-Export & Marketplace Operations
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on global marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Wayfair, Fruugo, Ozon, EMAG, and eBay, create SEO-friendly content, and implement performance-boosting optimizations.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to improve sales performance, identify growth opportunities through keyword optimization, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
- Manage integration processes across different brands and marketplaces, and work on improving stock and order management processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop omnichannel strategies that enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and customer behaviors to develop strategies that advance our brands.
- Oversee supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficient order processes and stock optimization.
- Support the integration of new brands in line with the company’s growth strategies.
- Analyze Customer Experience (CX) processes to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop new product ideas and contribute to SKU expansion projects for existing brands.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to improve current products and provide feedback in coordination with the design team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product/brand management, e-commerce operations, or analytical roles.
- 3+ years of international e-commerce experience, particularly on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, or Wayfair.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Data Science, or related fields, or e-commerce-related education.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in marketplace management tools, ERP systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of software tools (Python, Excel VBA, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
