What we’re looking for
As Graphic Designer you will work across E-trink’s entire brand portfolio to create outstanding graphic designs that shape the corporate identity of our brands and provide superior value to consumers by presenting our products in the best way. You will work hand-in-hand with our Operation Team and Digital Agents to constantly improve our listing quality and customer experience. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate E-trink’s organic sales growth and join a winning team that is building next generation e-commerce brand.
Responsibilities
- Support our Team Lead in creating fresh, on-brand and original design to continuously develop our corporate design and bring our products closer to the consumer
- Bring in new ideas to translate the company mission into graphic design and visually appealing creatives
- Assist in the planning and implementation of graphic work that arises for our brand managers in the day-to-day operations e.g. adjustments on printing packaging
- Understand how to attract and engage potential customers and boost brand awareness with outstanding and compelling visuals and illustrations on the Amazon marketplace and other channels (e.g. ETSY, Walmart, EBAY, website, social media)
- Scouting for the next design trends and evaluate how they could affect our existing portfolio
- Conduct brand’s monthly social media plans and coordinate with marketing agents
- Optimize efficiency within design processes and be open-minded to integrate KI automation workflows to grow faster
Qualifications
- Have 2+ years of relevant experience in graphic design in a fast-paced startup, media agency or an e-commerce/FMCG company (ideally in Home, Kitchen, Gardening, Sports, Pet supplies, and/or similar fields)
- Have a bachelors (or masters) degree in a relevant field (marketing, graphic design etc.)
- Master tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma and understand print processes for packaging
- Open minded and knowledge about new developed AI-based graphic tools.
- Bring excellent communication and creative skills and love presenting something that you know is good design
- Are passionate about design and have a very good understanding of online retail/brands and their growth potential by outstanding product placement
- Thrive in an extremely dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, enjoy working independently and have the willingness to learn in challenging / fast paced environments
- Enjoy and possess solid project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and think through problems end-to-end
- Fluency in English is a plus
- Experience in rendering, web design and/or video editing is a plus, but not required
