What we’re looking for
As Industrial Product Designer you will work across E-trinks entire brand portfolio to create competitive, different and niche products. You will work hand-in-hand with our Brand Managers, Internal Design Team and Manufacturers to constantly develop new and existing products. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate E-trink’s organic sales growth and join a winning team that is building next generation e-commerce brand.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities
- Lead the design and development process of innovative new products across a diverse range of categories
- Assess the profitability and provide growth forecasts for new products
- Identify niche markets within various categories and develop strategic positioning strategies to establish a strong presence or gain a beachhead in those categories
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Product Development with a focus on home decoration, textile, and customizable products or others.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching products and driving their success in the marketplace
- In-depth knowledge and experience working with the e-commerce platform, including a solid understanding of its algorithms and best practices
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of product development
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
