If you want to be part of a dynamic team, contribute to growth, and take your e-export career to the next level, we\u2019re waiting for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position:<\/strong> Marketplace Operations Specialist<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Kozyata\u011f\u0131, Istanbul<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Department:<\/strong> E-Export &amp; Marketplace Operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage product listings on global marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Wayfair, Fruugo, Ozon, EMAG, and eBay, create SEO-friendly content, and implement performance-boosting optimizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct data-driven analyses to improve sales performance, identify growth opportunities through keyword optimization, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage integration processes across different brands and marketplaces, and work on improving stock and order management processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop omnichannel strategies that enhance brand awareness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor market trends and customer behaviors to develop strategies that advance our brands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficient order processes and stock optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the integration of new brands in line with the company\u2019s growth strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze Customer Experience (CX) processes to improve customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop new product ideas and contribute to SKU expansion projects for existing brands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct benchmarking studies to improve current products and provide feedback in coordination with the design team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in product\/brand management, e-commerce operations, or analytical roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3+ years of international e-commerce experience, particularly on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, or Wayfair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Data Science, or related fields, or e-commerce-related education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced proficiency in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in marketplace management tools, ERP systems, and Excel\/Google Sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of software tools (Python, Excel VBA, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Why E-trink Global?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Working at E-trink Global is not just a job\u2014it\u2019s an opportunity to shape your career in global markets.
