This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of E-trink.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>As Industrial Product Designer you will work across E-trinks entire brand portfolio to create competitive, different and niche products. You will work hand-in-hand with our Brand Managers, Internal Design Team and Manufacturers to constantly develop new and existing products. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate E-trink\u2019s organic sales growth and join a winning team that is building next generation e-commerce brand.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the design and development process of innovative new products across a diverse range of categories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess the profitability and provide growth forecasts for new products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify niche markets within various categories and develop strategic positioning strategies to establish a strong presence or gain a beachhead in those categories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Product Development with a focus on home decoration, textile, and customizable products or others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated track record of successfully launching products and driving their success in the marketplace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge and experience working with the e-commerce platform, including a solid understanding of its algorithms and best practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of product development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li>A competitive salary package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meal card support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual company retreat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your performance will not be evaluated based on your working hours but your delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your birthday will be your OFF day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Does this position sound like a good fit?
