This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of E-trink.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>As Junior Brand Manager you will have ownership of a select number of portfolio brands and will be responsible for ensuring both their day to day and long-term success. Essentially, you\u2019ll serve as a \u201cbusiness owner\u201d of these brands and will conduct your business with the perfect blend of strategy, analytics and execution while problem solving on the go!<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a business plan and budget for each brand with the aim of increasing sales volume and contribution margins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement a data driven approach to evaluate, adjust and maximize the success of each of your brand\u2019s product listings on e-commerce platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure product listings are properly maintained with reference to best seller tags, monitoring metrics shifts, understanding market trends, changing customer profiles, demographics, daily reporting, competitive landscape, pricing changes, customer service and inventory monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with our expert marketing teams on driving growth through brand-building and performance marketing initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal inventory, QC and compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with CX to exceed customer service metrics for your brands<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explore relevant and appropriate omni-channel expansions for your brands both locally and globally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with our Innovation Team, to develop new complementary SKUs for your brands as well as providing input on greenfield private label brand launches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in product or brand management, marketing, or an analytical function, preferably at a startup or other fast-paced environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2+ years of e-commerce experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in strategic planning and business plan development including analytical skills, presentation development and process management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written, verbal and presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li>A competitive salary package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meal card support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual company retreat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your performance will not be evaluated based on your working hours but your delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your birthday will be your OFF day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Does this position sound like a good fit?
