This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of E-trink.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>As SEO Project Manager you will work across E-trink\u2019s entire brand portfolio to identify, evaluate and execute on new SEO and content strategies. You will work hand-in-hand with our Organic Growth Team, Creatives and Brand Managers to analyze new product listing strategies and bring them to market quickly. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate E-trink\u2019s organic sales growth.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Master and own all SEO processes, including <strong>keyword anaylsis, copy creation and localisation<\/strong> across multiple channels (e.g. Amazon, ETSY, EBAY, Walmart and others)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand how to attract and <strong>engage potential customers<\/strong> and <strong>boost brand awareness<\/strong> with quality content on the Amazon marketplace and other channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and optimize our <strong>SEO strategy<\/strong> and its KPIs by implementing A\/B tests, running competitor analyses and strategize with other functional teams (e.g. Commercial, Creative, PPC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Closely track and <strong>report KPIs post-launch<\/strong>, making rapid adjustments, where helpful to ensure a successful performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize <strong>efficiency<\/strong> within SEO processes and establish <strong>KI automation workflows<\/strong> to grow faster<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Have 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced startup, top-tier consulting firm or marketing\/product management role at an e-commerce\/FMCG company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a bachelors (or masters) degree in a relevant field (marketing, e-commerce, business, economics etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are passionate about e-commerce, online retail\/brands and their growth potential<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thrive in an extremely dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, enjoy working independently and have the willingness to learn in challenging \/ fast paced environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoy project management and business partnering, collaborating with Design, Commercial, Operations and Tech teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are a sharp analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to think through problems end-to-end<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess solid project and people management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring excellent communication and creative writing skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any experience with e-commerce and\/or Amazon FBA businesses is a plus, but not required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li>A competitive salary package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meal card support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual company retreat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your performance will not be evaluated based on your working hours but your delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your birthday will be your OFF day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Does this position sound like a good fit?
